- What do credits pay for?
- Every message to Kai: the model's input and output tokens at its own price, plus the tools it uses (web search, images). Kai shows the cost of each answer.
- Any extra fees?
- A payment fee that depends on the method, plus a platform fee of Rp5.000 for transactions above Rp30.000 — all shown before you pay. You always receive exactly the credits in the pack.
- When do credits arrive?
- A few seconds after the payment succeeds. The payment page updates by itself, and the new balance shows in Kai right away.
- When do they expire?
- 30 days after each purchase. The credits that expire soonest are used first; anything left after that is forfeited.
- Do credits work in the app too?
- Yes — one balance for your account: Kai on the web and in the withkai app. Credits bought on Classai with the same account are the same balance.
- Need an invoice or a bigger amount?
- Every paid order has an invoice in your account. For company purchases, write to us on WhatsApp.
